WP Umbrella’s broken link scanner arrives as European WordPress management grows up

WP Umbrella 2.22.3 adds broken link detection across your WordPress sites. The European alternative keeps building features agencies actually want, at a fair price.

No login, no IP stored.

WP Umbrella keeps expanding its toolkit for WordPress site managers. The European platform just shipped version 2.22.3, built around a new automatic scanner for broken links and images. This was the number one request on their public roadmap. The problem hits close to home for most agencies and developers: a client reports a missing image on the homepage, or a visitor lands on a 404 that’s been sitting there for weeks. Often you only notice when the damage is already done.

Daily scans without the extra work

The new feature runs daily scans across all managed sites, catching broken links, missing images, and redirect problems. Results show up in a clean dashboard listing each issue with its location, status code, and source page. What sets this apart from the usual solutions is how it’s built in. No extra plugins to install, no manual crawl scheduling. WP Umbrella also includes redirect management straight from the control panel, so you can fix broken URLs without leaving the platform.

Better monitoring, fewer false alarms

Uptime and performance monitoring got a refinement pass, with noticeably fewer false positives. The data is more reliable now, which matters when you’re juggling dozens of client sites. Pricing stays reasonable: 1.99 euros per site monthly, no hidden fees.

What’s coming next

The pipeline includes selective backup restores, bulk actions across multiple sites, and a redesigned backup management interface. These are improvements aimed at cutting recovery time when things go wrong.
