In November 2025, a cyber attack hit Almaviva, a tech supplier for Italy&#8217;s state railways, stealing 2.3 terabytes of data that reportedly included personal information of passengers and employees. At ports, low-cost surveillance cameras from Chinese manufacturers raise serious questions.
